My 10 Favorite Songs of 2011
2011 was a great year for electronic style of music, which is my favorite style to listen to. Also, 2011 saw hip-hop and pop music gain a stronger hold on the music world but there were some amazing alternative hits that showed their heads in 2011. Let’s hope that 2012 turns out to be another great year for music. Here are my 10 favorite songs from 2011 (songs are in no particualr order):
리쌍- Turn off the TV
Leessang (리쌍) is my favorite Korean K-Pop group, and this is my favorite song of theirs. Even though I do not understand most of what they are saying, their songs are just great to listen to while trying to relax and/or read.
Happy Thanksgiving!
The Black Eyed Peas- Love You Long Time
I’m not a fan of Kanye West, as an individual, but he sure does create some interesting music.
I Will Never Forget

I would like to congratulate Apple on getting music from a band that broke-up over 40 years ago. I’m pretty sure that the hardcore fans have already ripped their Beatles Cds, a long time ago, and put it on their iPod devices. Good job Apple on wasting everyone’s time.
Crystal Castle and Robert Smith- ‘Not in Love’
It looks like the Canadian synth band, Crystal Castle, have recorded a new version of the song “Not in Love”. The original version was done by Platinum Blonde, in 1983. What makes Crystal Castle’s mix amazing is that it has Robert Smith singing the vocals. How awesome is that? Anything with Robert Smith is fine by me. Give it a listen to hear for yourself.
It’s Friday friends, so let’s get this weekend started with the right track.
This has to be one of the best music videos that I have ever seen.
Vitalic- Birds
An oldie but goodie.
